Beware! Not all PDR Companies are Alike!

While it's possible for dings to vanish in a matter of minutes at the hands of a trained Paintless Dent Repair (PDR) technician, developing such skills is not an overnight feat. PDR techniques involve a certain amount of finesse. It takes about one month to learn the basics, but 6 to 12 months of continued training, observation and practice before a technician is ready for solo work.

Unfortunately, not all PDR techs out there have this amount of training before working on a customer's vehicle. This may be due to limited training budgets, high turnover rates, or other reasons. There are some out there who consider themselves to be a PDR tech after simply purchasing some tools and a training manual. The work performed by these amateurs may actually cause more damage to your vehicle than you started with.

Zing-A-Ding was the first PDR company in the Madison area, since 1994, and is locally owned and operated by Matt Rolfsmeyer. Matt takes pride in the fact that the repairs his company makes are often superior to that of his  competitors.

We place our highest priority in surpassing our customer's satisfaction expectations. We believe that it is by providing the highest quality repairs and service that we are able to inspire and promote confidence and trust. Our customer's satisfaction is the key to our success!

Below are examples of work done by an inexperienced PDR technician.
Notice the outward "bumps" that were created from pressing too hard underneath the metal, which also broke thru some of the paint.
